Repair box is a system for booking and managing repair services. Where customers can send defective devices and a technician can take them to a workshop to repair and fix physical problems with the device. It is a very clear and simple interface through which each technician can go to the workshop to complete the repair orders assigned to that particular technician. In the workshop, the technician can update the repair log, notifying the customer of each update during the repair.
