Vik Appointments is an extension that allows you to create a complete time management system on a site running Joomla. The design is designed in such a way that any employee can manage the entire business process. A flexible system allows you to schedule the work of departments and reserve time for certain tasks. Services, employees, options, and categories can be translated into any language that is currently installed on the site. It is no longer necessary to install additional extensions to provide multilingual support.
The extension supports export to formats compatible with many calendars and planners. For example, iCal, Outlook, Google and many others. It is also possible to generate invoices for each confirmed order in the system.
The VikAppointments component can be configured in such a way that it will work as a corporate portal and can be used by employees located in other cities or countries. they will work with it as if it were on their home network.
